Erica Windle is a business owner who runs a Management Consulting firm with her husband in Colorado.   She is also a doting mom to her teenage daughter and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.  Her viewpoint from the middle class suburbs is meant to give some insight into finding more happiness as a member of the human race, regardless of race, religion or sexual preference.  By increasing awareness of other viewpoints and hopefully showing there is more to finding happiness in life than for just oneself or one’s family, that one may become happier in ways never before realized.
